Here goes nothing...

So. I'm not even sure if this blog will get used while I'm abroad in Namibia but just in case I miraculously get internet service in the desolate Namib desert I figured it'd be good to have one created. I'm not sure what this will consist of or how exactly it will be used but if nothing else it will be a way to know that I have survived another day without getting eaten by the lions for anyone who decides to read this. I'll try to keep an 'online journal' as my parents asked, filling in those who are curious on what my daily adventures or possibly routine schedule consist of. Maybe I'll even be able to post some photos. I'm honestly not sure what to expect of the next 3 months but I'll try to keep you all posted on what does happen. And I'm off, see you all in 127 days.
